Since 2007 we’ve been fixing the bikes.

Our Mission

That’s right, we’re on a mission here. Our goals are to be the most professional bicycle repair shop in Albuquerque, and to help our customers have the best cycling experience possible by getting them equipped with the gear that meets their needs. And of course to have a good time along the way.

We are a shop that prioritizes service and repairs, with a focus on wheel building and suspension service. We are problem solvers who enjoy a good challenge. Our team of mechanics have over 80 years of combined experience.

We also like selling people their next dream bike, or helping get their current bike customized to make it perfect. We skew towards the high end on our bike and gear inventory, because we like to sell equipment that we believe in, and would own ourselves. We like well built equipment that is designed to last. And after countless years in this industry, we know quality when we see it.

“We can’t bust heads like we used to—but we have our ways. One trick is to tell them stories that don’t go anywhere like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so I decided to go to Morganville which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So, I tied an onion to my belt which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel. And in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ‘em. ‘Give me five bees for a quarter,’ you’d say. Now, where were we? Oh, yeah! The important thing was that I had an onion on my belt which was the style at the time. They didn’t have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones.”
